Register for an account with Dungeonland today and you will only ever need to enter your email address to checkout as your default address details will be stored securely. You will also get access to some special features detailed below by accessing your My Account page.

My Account

Once you have made your first purchase with Dungeonland, you will have full access to your order history. This will give you the ability to view your previous and current orders, check the status of them, download your invoice, use our Favourites service, leave product reviews, and download PDF files for selected products.

Favourites

If something at Dungeonland grabs your attention, but you don't necessarily want to purchase it right away, you can add the product to your Favourites. This allows you to keep lists of products to purchase at a later date. Adding to your Favourites list is done through any product's main page. To remove products from your Favourites list, go back to the item page and click the Favourite button again.

XP Points

Sign up to collect XP points at Dungeonland. Collecting XP points is free and allows you to get discounts and free items. To use this feature simply:

• Create an account with Dungeonland
• Enter your birthday and complete your user information and receive free bonus points.
• Complete the tasks on the Earn page to receive more free bonus points.
• Spend with us and you will receive 100 XP points per £1 spend when you shop at dungeonland.co.uk.

Your XP points will show on your account immediately after you spend but will not become available to redeem until up to three days after your order was placed. Orders placed on a Tuesday will benefit from 10% extra points being added. To spend your points ensure you are logged in and you can redeem them to claim vouchers. The XP shop is the icon bottom left on PC and tablet, or bottom centre on mobile. Redeeming points can give you vouchers, free postage, free items, or you can even donate them to give money to our supported charity, the Dogs Trust.

Any participation in the XP points program is considered acceptance of the following terms:

• XP points may not be transferred between accounts.
• We do not award points on VAT or on postage and so the total amount of points awarded will reflect this.
• Accounts created that have been unused for six months or more, and have a balance of 5,000 points or less, may be removed at our discretion.
• If you return or cancel all or part of your order, any XP points earned from that order may be subtracted or lost all together from your account.
• Products redeemed as a 'free item' will not be replaced for damaged packaging or dinks as no monetary payment is taken for them.
• XP points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to joining the scheme and may not be back dated in remorse.
• You cannot earn points when purchasing a gift card. Points can be earned when redeeming a gift card.
• Vouchers that are purchased may include their own individual terms.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to vary the rate at which points are earned including special offers and other promotions.
• Your Dungeonland account may be terminated at any time if we feel that there is misuse of the system.
• XP points cannot be used alongside any other coupon or discount you may already be receiving.
• XP points have no monetary value.
• The XP points offer will run from 11th January 2025 until the 10th January 2026 at which time it may or may not be extended at Dungeonland's discretion.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to amend or remove this offer at any time it so chooses.

The winner of the jackpot physical book is drawn bi-monthly, and notified by e-mail. To see the current prizes on offer please refer to the prize icon.

Any participation in the purchase to win program is considered acceptance of the following terms:

• Prizes may be added or removed by Dungeonland at any time and are not guaranteed to remain available.
• We reserve the right to change a PDF for an alternative where we may choose to do so.
• The draw for digital prizes is at the end of each month, and for physical prizes is bi-monthly, and all winners will be notified by e-mail.
• If we do not receive a response to our e-mail within seven days your prize is forfeit and the prize will be re-drawn for a new winner. No remorse will be accepted.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to publicize prize winners names and the prizes they have won on our website and social media pages.
• Digital prizes will either be e-mailed to you, or may require downloading from either Dungeonland or a third party website.
• Physical prizes are awarded in the form of a coupon code which is valid for one month from the date it is issued. To use your code, simply add the physical book to your basket on our website, and proceed through the checkout.
• To claim certain PDF prizes it is required that we share your name and e-mail with the publisher. By accepting the prize this would be agreed to.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to amend or remove this offer at any time it so chooses.

Product Reviews

Have your opinion immortalised at Dungeonland by writing a product review to help your fellow shoppers. After all, no-one knows more about a product than the end-user, and if you can guide someone towards the perfect product for their needs then we want to give you that opportunity. All customers (registered or visiting) can view reviews, but only registered customers are able to submit reviews from their My Account page for inclusion in the store.

To leave a review for a product, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your customer account.
2. Locate the Reviews block on the left-hand side and click Leave reviews.
3. Choose a product from the "Products waiting for your review" list and click "Leave a Review"
4. Rate the product and write a review.
5. Click Submit.
