Free Gift

Over the Black Friday period end of November 2025, Dungeonland will be running a free gift for Christmas campaign. This will begin soon and will run until while stock lasts. The free items we are giving away include dice bags, miniatures, and Funko Pop's and the gift supplied is random. It is not possible to choose. To opt in to claim your gift simply click on the appropriate checkbox as you proceed through our checkout. If no checkbox is present, then the offer is not currently on.

Terms & Conditions

• If the checkbox is not ticked it is not possible to add a free gift in remorse.
• The item is completely random and free of charge and cannot be chosen or swapped.
• The item has no monetary value and is exempt from being exchanged or returned as unwanted or faulty.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to amend or remove this offer at any time it so chooses.

My Account

Once you have made your first purchase with Dungeonland, you will have full access to your order history. This will give you the ability to view your previous and current orders, check the status of them, download your invoice, use our Favourites service, leave product reviews, and download PDF files for selected products.

Favourites

If something at Dungeonland grabs your attention, but you don't necessarily want to purchase it right away, you can add the product to your Favourites. This allows you to keep lists of products to purchase at a later date. Adding to your Favourites list is done through any product's main page. To remove products from your Favourites list, go back to the item page and click the Favourite button again.

XP Points

Collecting XP points is free and allows you to get discounts on items and postage.

To Sign Up

• Create an account with Dungeonland.

To Earn Points

• Spend with us and you will receive 100 XP points per £1 spent when you shop at dungeonland.co.uk

Alternatively, click on the orange gift icon (bottom right) and:

• Enter your birthday and complete your user information to receive free bonus points.
• Complete the tasks on the Earn page to receive more free bonus points.
• Recommend a friend to Dungeonland using the Referral page code and receive free bonus points.

Important note: Your XP points will show on your account shortly after they have been earnt but will not become available to redeem until up to three days later.

To Redeem Points

• Click on the orange gift icon (bottom right) and click on the Claim Tab. Choose the voucher type you would like to purchase. Ensure you read the terms as each voucher may have different conditions.
• Alternatively, click on the orange wallet icon (bottom left). Slide the tab to the right to redeem your points.

To Redeem Your Voucher

• On the first page of the checkout, beneath the TOTAL, it says "Have a coupon code of gift card? Redeem your code." Click the Redeem your code text and enter your voucher code and your discount will be automatically applied.

Terms of Use

Any participation in the XP points program is considered acceptance of the following terms:

• XP points may not be transferred between accounts.
• We do not award points on VAT or on postage and so the total amount of points awarded will reflect this.
• Accounts created that have been unused for six months or more, and have a balance of 5,000 points or less, may be removed at our discretion.
• If you return or cancel all or part of your order, any XP points earned from that order may be subtracted or lost all together from your account.
• XP points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to joining the scheme and may not be back dated in remorse.
• You cannot earn points when purchasing a gift card. Points can be earned when redeeming a gift card.
• Vouchers that are purchased may include their own individual terms.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to vary the rate at which points are earned including special offers and other promotions.
• Your Dungeonland account may be terminated at any time if we feel that there is misuse of the system.
• Should your order be returned to us for a refund, any XP points redeemed on the order will not be refunded and will be forfeit.
• XP points cannot be used alongside any other coupon or discount you may already be receiving.
• XP points have no monetary value.
• Dungeonland reserves the right to amend or remove this offer at any time it so chooses.
  

Product Reviews

Have your opinion immortalised at Dungeonland by writing a product review to help your fellow shoppers. After all, no-one knows more about a product than the end-user, and if you can guide someone towards the perfect product for their needs then we want to give you that opportunity. All customers (registered or visiting) can view reviews, but only registered customers are able to submit reviews from their My Account page for inclusion in the store.

To leave a review for a product, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your customer account.
2. Locate the Reviews block on the left-hand side and click Leave reviews.
3. Choose a product from the "Products waiting for your review" list and click "Leave a Review"
4. Rate the product and write a review.
5. Click Submit.
