Dungeonland is located in Blackpool and has over six thousand different products in stock throughout the year. We are primarily online, though you are welcome to visit and purchase on the premises. We recommend you read through all the information on this page before making your first visit to us.

We are closed on all bank holiday days throughout the year. Please contact us if you would like to check if we are open today. Free parking is available immediately outside Dungeonland.
Finding Us
Dungeonland is located at Unit 3A, Trident Business Park, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2RP. The most accurate way to find our location is to use what3words:
Directions: Squires Gate Lane is the main road that leads down to the sea front on the south side of Blackpool and is your best starting point. Around half way down this road you will find the entrance to Amy Johnson Way. As you travel into Amy Johnson Way you will see Morrison's and McDonald's on your right, and on your left you will see Food Warehouse. Head on up the road, straight on through the roundabout between these shops, and follow as it winds to the left. You will pass several Chorley car showrooms on both sides. Head on past these and continue straight on this road. You will soon see a large building on your left called Hot Tub Superstore, this is located on Trident Business Park, and you should see the Dungeonland signage at the entrance to this park area. Once you enter the park look out for four buildings ahead of you, these are 3A to 3D, and the one on the far left (3A) will say EasyPay on it. We are in the same building on the ground floor.
How We Operate
We are set up in a similar fashion to an Argos store. That is to say, that when you visit we are not a traditional shop with priced stock on shelves that you can walk around. We provide access to touch screen devices to place your order, and once placed, it is picked from our stock rooms on the premises by a member of staff who will bring your order to you. It is typically not possible to browse our stock when you visit. Payment is by card only, and we do not accept cash at our premises.
It should be noted that our American Bulldog, Monty, may be on the premises. If there are people in your party not comfortable around dogs, we recommend you contact us before visiting to check if Monty is currently on the premises or not. You can learn about Monty on our Dogs Trust page.
Complimentary PDF when you visit Dungeonland
PDF files that are directly available from us on the Dungeonland website will be available to you in the same way when you visit and use our touch screen device to place your order. To get your PDF file on the day, simply ask the member of staff that serves you at the time and they will order it for you.
Local Collection
Collections can be made from Dungeonland using the following process:
- Add your items to the basket and click the checkout button. On the Shipping Address page choose the Local Collection (Blackpool) option.
- Continue through to payment and complete payment* for your order.
- Your collection will be ready on the same or next working day for free from Dungeonland. Once prepared, the status of your order will change from 'Awaiting processing' to 'Ready to pick up' on your order history page and you will receive an e-mail update also once your order is ready to collect. If you do not see an e-mail from us, ensure you check your junk / spam folder as it may be redirected there.
- Once you have your e-mail confirmation saying your order is ready for collection you are welcome to visit Dungeonland and pick up your order.
*Note that PayPal and Klarna are not available for collections as they require proof of shipping.
Gaming at Dungeonland
Dungeonland has a private gaming space with a table and six chairs. This is temporarily unavailable as we currently reworking our premises and extending them. More information will appear here once our gaming space is available.
