You have this handbook because someone passed it to you. You’re a RADICAL now, and you have a responsibility to only pass it on to people who need it. We wrote this in November 2015 to try and get everything we’d learned about the STRUGGLE in one place. If you’re reading it, you need to know as much as you can as fast as you can. The struggle is different in every place and every time, but the FUNDAMENTALS are the same.
